-Light: Bright, indirect light. Direct light will cause leaves to brown, especially lighter colored portions of highly variegated leaves.
-Potting medium: Loose, well draining soil, mixed with perlite about 50/50. Adding coco chips to medium increases air flow.
-Fertilize: monthly
