What do I do with my new plant once I unpack it?

We package our plants with care. Assess the moisture level of the soil by placing your finger in about 2 inches. If it is dry, give it a drink. Place your plant where you want it but be mindful that the sun can burn.

When can I repot my new plant?

We suggest giving your plant time to get used to its new environment (at least two weeks).

What if something is wrong with my plant when it arrives?
